P-Coles

Location:
pool

Workout:
32×25 with a bucket
Swim a 25 with bucket: o=free, e=breast. Then get out, fill the 5 gal bucket with water. Hold it overhead and walk back to the other end. Repeat.

Notes:
5 gal of water=41.5# (that’s an unstable 41.5# at that)
Great set Paul - nice progression from yesterday’s dryland!
