Team ladder bench jumps 1-10. “Rest” in the squat position.
Looks like this:
Grp 1 does 1 bench jump, then grp2 does 1 bench jump, then grp1 does 2 bench jumps, then grp2 does 2 bench jumps. Continue through to 10 jumps. If your group isn’t jumping, then you’re waiting to jump in the squat position.
Then
8x (:20 work/:10 rest) atomic sit-ups. “Rest” in the v-sit.
Then
4x 10m of “Arch-Hollow Rolls”. Begin in an arch-hold, then roll into a hollow-hold, and so on. Pause in each position. Keep arms, legs, and feet off the ground.
Then
2x 1:20 Planks (:20 r/ :20 back/ :20 left/ :20 front)
