Punishment Set=atomic sit-up team ladder 1-10 (rest in v-sit position)

Each person totals up their push-ups. The bottom 25% of the group must do the “punishment set”; extra credit for those that want to join. I’m proud to say that there was a lot of extra credit handed out that day. Great job gang.
