Strength Day

Field House

Workout:
1. 5-6 rounds
3/3x Sumo Deadlift
5/5x DB High Pull
3-5x Sprint Box Jumps
2-3 min rest

2. 5-6 rounds
5x Goblet squats
5/5x DB Press
5x Jump pull-ups
2-3 min rest

Notes:
Increase the weight each round so that the last rep is very tough without sacrificing form.
