"Child's Play"

100x Jump ropes
20x Bench jumps
40x Speed rows
25m bear crawl + 25m spring back
4 rds.

then:
10x inchworm complex
400m run
2 rds.

Notes:
This workout was inspired by urbanathlete.tv. It proved to be a good lungbuster.

Speed rows: start in front plank, alternate bringing your hands up to your pec, keeping your hips steady

inchworm complex: walk the hands out, spider lunge right/left, push-up, walk the toes to hands - keeping legs straight
