Team Work

Workout:
50-40-30-20-10x db burpees
50-40-30-20-10x db push-press

complete with a partner. looks like 50x burpees, 50x push-presses, then 40x burpees, 40x push-presses, etc.

Notes:
girls used 10#-15# dbs; boys used 20#-35#
jm=17:20 (solo, cut the reps in half)
