Friday Relays

Location: Gym

Workout:

Dev Relays:
1. run to far cone and back with 6# medball
2. slalom walk, balance mb overhead with 1 arm
3. slalom bear walk with mb
4. shuttle run (no mb)

Blue/Gold/Sr Relays:
5x burpee/pull-up combo
1x 20yd sprint
walk back (player 2 begins when player 1 completes sprint)

-each team does 4 rounds
-penalty for losing team= 1x plank complex (:20 front/:20 right/:20 back/:20 left)
