I have been &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;a href="http://vimeo.com/channels/202075"&gt;compiling above- and below-water footage&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/span&gt;to track the progress of each swimmer's stroke. The previous uw footage is from Oct 2010. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Not unlike our spring Stroke Clinics, I'll sit down with the Sr group and we'll go over 2-3 key technique skills for each stroke/ turn/ start. Once we have a particular vocabulary in place, we then review their footage and see where we can change their stroke. The primary goal for all of this is to educate our swimmers in order to &lt;b&gt;improve stroke efficiency&lt;/b&gt; - making them faster in the water while using the same amount of effort....easier said than done.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The PCAC Senior Group's video channel is here.
